Welcome to Monerix Bot. By accessing, interacting with, or using the Monerix Bot Telegram Mini App (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By starting to interact with the bot for the first time, you automatically accept these rules and agree to all the conditions outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the Service immediately.
1. Nature of the Service and Age Restriction
Monerix Bot is strictly an interactive game that simulates cloud mining operations. While the Service features functionality allowing the purchase of virtual mining power (hashrate) for cloud mining, it is fundamentally designed as an entertainment and interactive experience. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
2. No Guarantees of Income or Profit
CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: Neither the creators, developers, operators, administrators, nor the support team of Monerix Bot guarantee any form of financial return, 100% income, or profit to the user. The mining yields and token generation within the game are part of the interactive experience and are subject to dynamic in-game economic parameters.
3. Yield Generation Mechanism and Market Risks
The rewards distributed to users are funded by the project's internal treasury management, which includes short-term and long-term investments of the bot's reserve bankroll into various company stocks and financial instruments. Our goal is to achieve returns that meet or exceed the rates established within the bot's reward pool.
- Any excess profit (super-yield) generated from these investments is retained entirely by the bot's administration.
- The user is eligible to receive only the pre-defined percentage indicated at the time of their purchase, treated as an in-game reward.
- No Investment Contract: You are not purchasing shares, securities, or investment contracts. You are purchasing virtual in-game assets.
- Market Risk: The administration cannot control market movements, volatility, or economic downturns. In the event of negative investment returns, the bot bears absolutely no responsibility for the final financial outcome, and users may not receive their anticipated yields or recover their initial funds.
4. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the creators, developers, operators, or affiliates of Monerix Bot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages.
We bear absolutely no responsibility in the event that a user fails to meet their financial expectations, does not recover their spent funds, or does not receive the profit they anticipated. You participate in the game and make purchases entirely at your own risk.
5. Purchases and Virtual Assets
Users may choose to purchase virtual mining power using various supported cryptocurrencies.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Purchased mining power is an in-game asset intended to enhance your interactive experience, not an investment contract.
- The conversion rates (e.g., GH/s per unit of cryptocurrency), contract durations, and mining efficiency are dynamic and may be adjusted by the administration at any time to maintain the balance of the game's economy.
6. Account Suspension and Restrictions
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently ban any user account without prior notice if we detect or suspect any of the following:
- Violations of these Terms of Service.
- Attempts to hack, exploit, or disrupt the bot, server, or underlying infrastructure.
- Use of automated scripts, bots, or any fraudulent methods to manipulate the game's economy, referral system, or missions (e.g., "farming" or cheating).
In the event of an account ban due to malicious activity, all in-game progress, purchased virtual assets, and balances will be irrevocably forfeited and are non-refundable.
7. Privacy Policy and Data Rights
To provide the Service, we collect minimal operational data, such as your Telegram ID, Telegram username, and necessary cryptocurrency wallet addresses (e.g., your uniquely generated XMR sub-address) to process deposits and in-game transactions. We also store your personal cryptocurrency wallet addresses ONLY if you voluntarily add them to your profile for withdrawal convenience.
- We do not collect or store sensitive personal identification data (KYC) beyond what is strictly necessary for the bot's functionality.
- Your data is kept secure and will not be sold to third parties. However, wallet addresses and necessary transaction data may be transmitted to essential third-party service providers (such as automated cryptocurrency exchange APIs like ChangeNOW) strictly for the purpose of processing your requested transactions.
- Data Deletion: You have the right to delete your account and associated operational data directly within the WebApp. Upon deletion, all your personal data, balances, and saved wallets will be permanently erased, EXCEPT for a special user identifier (your Telegram ID), which is securely retained solely to prevent fraud with referral rewards and system abuse.
8. Third-Party Services and Wallets
To facilitate deposits and withdrawals, we recommend the use of Cake Wallet (cakewallet.com). This recommendation is provided solely for the convenience of our users. This is not an advertisement or a sponsored placement. Cake Wallet LLC has not requested, endorsed, or partnered with Monerix Bot to be used as part of our system. Cake Wallet is an independent third-party open-source application, and we bear no responsibility for its functionality, security, or any loss of funds that may occur while using their software.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international business laws and the jurisdiction of the operating entity, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the bot after any changes constitutes your full acceptance of the new terms.
